I am a plus size. Do you have any
gowns I can try on in my size ?
Answer:
Yes! We have a significant selection
of gowns to choose from in every style and a
variety of sizes.

Question:
How soon in advance should I order
my bridal party attire ?
Answer:
Once you have selected your date
and/or reception location, it is time to begin
looking for your wedding gown. A safe and
comfortable timeframe is 9 months to 1 year
before your wedding. With most of our designers,
delivery can take a minumum of 6 months or more
and fitting should begin 2 months before the
wedding. Bridesmaids and Mothers Gowns should
be ordered no less than 6 months before the
wedding.

Question:
How do I make a decision on my
wedding gown when my mother/sister/best friend
lives far away ?
Answer:
If you are certain you want your
gown, but you just need a second opinion, it is
better to work with an experienced sales
consultant who is able to be objective. Our
sales consultants are extremely patient and
knowledgeable, and never let you walk out of the
salon without the perfect gown. If it is
important to you to involve your mother, an
additional appointment can always be made for
the next time she is in town. Designers time
constraints may limit your options of waiting to
order. In this case, you can always include this
person in the process by showing them the gown
the next time they are in town or inviting them
to your gown fitting. The gown choice should
ultimately be yours.

Question:
I found the perfect bridesmaid dress, but
she lives in another part
of the country. What do I do ?
Answer:
Once you have made your selection,
our consultants will give you a form to send to
any of your bridesmaids that are not able to
come to our salon. This form will give them
simple step-by-step instructions on how to order
their dress with us. We are prepared to assist
them with questions and payment methods.

Question:
Do I have to pick up my dress when
it arrives ?
Answer:
No, you are welcome to leave your
gown with us for as long as you
wish. Your gown will be safely protected on-premises.

Question:
My wedding is over a year away, what is
the advantage of ordering my gown so far in
advance ?
Answer:
Aside from bridal designers needing
significant time to deliver your gown, ordering
your gown well in advance will give you the
peace of mind that a major decision is taken
care of and the process has begun. Another
advantage is that the decisions that follow will
be much easier to make, knowing exactly what you
will be wearing. Gown prices can increase and
styles can be discontinued at anytime.

Question:
Can I bring my bridal gown to you
after the wedding for cleaning and preservation
?
Answer:
Absolutely! We offer dry cleaning
and preservation service for bridal gowns at a
discounted rate for our customers. Simply bring
your gown back to our salon along with any
accessories you would like to have included.
